Online counselling: I meet you wherever you are – geographically and emotionally
Online counselling (Skype and Face time sessions) is considered as very effective and the benefits are comparable with traditional face to face counselling and psychotherapy.
Recent research is now confirming this.

(please note that online counselling is not suitable for people in acute crisis)
I am experienced in online counselling (sessions through Skype or Face Time) and I have been providing this service on a regular basis for many years. This service is often used by clients who I saw in person before they moved country or went traveling. I also provide this service for clients who I never saw in person.
The advantages of online counselling:
- Online counselling is highly flexible in terms of location and times since I also work outside normal office hours.
- People who travel frequently can still attend their sessions (consistency is important regarding a successful outcome of therapy)
- It is ideal for people who are housebound or live in rural areas.
- The same level of confidentiality (face to face counselling / psychotherapy) applies to online counselling.
How it works:
Skype and Face time counselling consists of video sessions on your computer or mobile device in which you and me can see each other, the same as in face to face counselling. This can be very useful for building a trusting counselling relationship. Alternatively the video function can be switched off for either both, me (therapist) and you (client) or only for you. The sessions can be done from the comfort of your own home or office. All calls are free, no matter where you are in the world (Internet connection required).
Cost is €70 per session (50 min). Payment is due before the session and clients pay through Paypal. Please click Paypal button below.
